Street Painting Academy
With the launch of my new website www.StreetPainting.us I have created a Street Painting Academy. The Academy offers several programs designed and taught by me for students of all ages. The current list of workshops are easily booked online.
Gallery Director of Spring Arts Collective, Deborah Martin, has invited me to teach my soft pastel workshops in her newly expanded 'Studio 528'. Studio 528 Offers both private painting and drawing instruction as well as monthly workshops in painting, drawing, photography and 3D. Private sessions are uniquely designed to meet individual needs and skill levels. There is no experience necessary and all ages are welcome.

Welcome friend, Painting a Fantasy Portrait in Photoshop
I'm so happy to finally be able to offer this DVD on my website! I worked on this and Photoshop Top Secret with Mark Monciardini a few years ago and Painting a Fantasy Portrait in Photoshop was originally only offered as the 'secret' Bonus DVD with the purchase of the entire PhotoshopTopSecret DVD set. Now photoshop users can purchase it solo.
Street Painting in Canada
I returned to London, Canada as a featured artist for the annual Expressions in Chalk Street Painting Event organized by the Imadon Group. The Imadon Street Painting Performance Group is a non-profit organization, incorporated to bring the art of street painting to the citizens and artists of London, through public performances and special events and promote London as a creative arts destination.
They also teach street painting to London youth, utilizing local artists and arts groups. London is the city of festivals and with such a great team of organizers, volunteer, and artists, Expressions in Chalk will soon become the most popular event in London.
I had the opportunity to collaborate with London artist Axl T. Ernst on a small painting for the A Channel Morning Show. We worked together to during the broadcast to create a tropical water nymph and a woodland fairy to promote the event. It turned out great. For the festival this year, I designed and painted an image called "The Golden Messengers." Five chubby cherubs rose out of Talbot street to greet viewers. One of my cherubs chubby faces made the front page of the London Free Press!
Valkenburg Street Painting Festival
I am happy to be returning to Holland this August to paint in the beautiful town of Valkenburg for their first street painting festival. Remco Van Latum, of e-remmie, will be assisting me this year. Remco is a native of Holland so will act as my translator as well. Following the event I will be working in conjunction with Kayoo and StreetPainting.nl , of The Netherlands, to create a Street Painting Instructional DVD which will be made available through our websites this fall.
